Villa Gardenia belongs to the Šuran family, who built the house and take care of it themselves — from cleaning and maintenance to looking after the property and guests during each stay.
They live locally, close to their family farm, olive trees and the quiet rhythm of village life in central Istria. The villa is not run from a distance; it is cared for by the people who know it best.

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures — sun on the pool and garden all day, and an amazing sunset every evening. Spotless clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. But the best words go to the hospitality of the owners.
We were received directly by the host, everything was explained, and we even received a wonderfully delicious gift. The kids loved the playground and pool, the men the barbecue area — and on our birthday we were surprised with a cake. We highly recommend this place!
